Quality Policy Statement

Drake Trailers Pty. Ltd. is a wholly Australian owned company based in Brisbane, specializing in the design and manufacture of axles, suspension, turntables, low loaders, tilt trailers, mine sites transporters, steerable platforms, crane transporters and all specialised equipment used in the heavy haulage industry. It is our objective to provide clients with superior products through innovation of design, continuous product development and rigorous control of manufacturing operations. It is our policy to maintain and effective and efficient quality system, planned and developed in conjunction with all management functions, to cover all activities associated with the design, development, manufacture and servicing. The nature of the work places particular emphasis upon knowledge, experience, workmanship and capability, all combined with the quality and punctual service. The Quality Policy Manual outlines the system which assures that the quality requirements of Drake trailers Pty. Ltd. and its clients are identified and consistently achieved. The Manual defines how effective control is established through the use of written procedures and includes provision for the prompt detection and resolution of product and system deficiencies. The Drake Trailer quality system satisfies the requirements of AS/ISO 9001-1994-Model for Quality Assurance in Design/Development, Production Installation and Servicing.
